PLOT 

A soaring crime percentage drives the city of Johannesburg, South Africa to purchase a squadron of scouts—cutting edge shield plated assault robots—from weapons producer Tetravaal. These self-ruling androids are created by British researcher Deon Wilson and to a great extent override the overpowered human police power. A contending venture inside the organization is the remotely controlled MOOSE, created by Australian officer turned-engineer Vincent Moore.
